--The search engines pick your site up automatically when it is created, could take a few months, but it will not reach high rankings. Unfortunately to achieve a high ranking you have to pay,  you can usually pay your hosting company to help you with this process.

--Yes, I can add a hit counter to your site so that you can easily see how many people have visited your site.
